এইদৰেই এসময়ত পৰ্যটকৰ ভৰি থকা বৈছাৰণ উপত্যকাত তেজৰ দাগ পৰিল। নিৰীহ লোকৰ হত্যাকাণ্ডৰ নিষ্ঠুৰতাক বিচাৰ কৰিব পাৰি যে বেছিভাগৰে মূৰত গুলী লাগিছিল। এই ঘটনাই জম্মু-কাশ্মীৰৰ লগতে সমগ্ৰ ভাৰতবৰ্ষক স্তম্ভিত কৰি তুলিলে।
এই নৰহসংহাৰত লস্কৰ-ই-তৈবাৰ ভাতৃ সংগঠন টি আৰ এফ অৰ্থাৎ ৰেজিষ্টেন্স ফৰ্চৰ সন্ত্ৰাসবাদীয়ে সংঘটিত কৰিছিল। টি আৰ এফৰ নেতৃত্বত আছে ৪ কুখ্যাত সন্ত্ৰাসবাদী– ছাজিদ জাট, শ্বেখ সাজ্জাদ গুল আৰু চেলিম ৰেহমানী।
শ্বেইখ সাজ্জাদ গুল টি আৰ এফৰ কমাণ্ডাৰ বুলি কোৱা হৈছে। ২৩ বছৰ পূৰ্বে সাজ্জাদক গ্ৰেপ্তাৰ কৰা হৈছিল। দিল্লীৰ তিহাৰ কাৰাগাৰত ৰখা হৈছিল সাজ্জাদ গুলক। তিহাৰ জে’লতে লস্কৰ সন্ত্ৰাসবাদীৰ সংস্পৰ্শলৈ আহিছিল টি আৰ এফৰ কমাণ্ডাৰ সজ্জাদ গুল। হাৱালা গোচৰত গ্ৰেপ্তাৰ কৰা হৈছিল ছাজ্জাদক। লস্কৰ-ই-তৈবাক নিষিদ্ধ কৰাৰ পিছত টি আৰ এফ গঠন হৈছিল।
১৯৭৪ চনত জন্মগ্ৰহণ কৰা সাজ্জাদ গুলে প্ৰাথমিক শিক্ষা গ্ৰহণ কৰিছিল কাশ্মীৰতে। শ্ৰীনগৰৰ পৰা B.Sc কৰিছিল সাজ্জাদে। অধিক অধ্যয়নৰ বাবে বেংগালুৰুলৈ আহিছিল সাজ্জাদ। বেংগালুৰৰ পৰাই এম বি এ কৰিছিল সাজ্জাদে। ১৯৯৬ চনত সাজ্জাদ গুলে এম বি এ ডিগ্ৰী লাভ কৰিছিল।
কিন্তু ইয়াৰ পিছত সাজ্জাদ গুলে ৰাষ্ট্ৰ বিৰোধী কাৰ্যকলাপৰ দিশত আগবাঢ়ি গৈছিল। সাজ্জাদে অবিৰতভাৱে দেশ বিৰোধী কাম-কাজত জড়িত হ’বলৈ ধৰিছিলে। শেহতীয়াকৈ বৈছাৰণ উপত্যকাত নৰসংহাৰ চলোৱা কুখ্যাত সন্ত্ৰাসবাদীৰ ভিতৰত অন্যতম সাজ্জাদ গুল।
‘ইকনমিক টাইমছ’ৰ প্ৰতিবেদন অনুসৰি ২০০২ চনত হাৱালা গোচৰত গ্ৰেপ্তাৰ হোৱা সাজ্জাদ গুলক দিল্লীৰ তিহাৰ কাৰাগাৰত ৰখা হৈছিল, য’ৰ পৰা তেওঁ লস্কৰ-ই-তৈবা সন্ত্ৰাসবাদীৰ সংস্পৰ্শলৈ আহিছিল। ২০০৫ চনত সাজ্জাদক দিল্লীৰ পৰা শ্ৰীনগৰ কেন্দ্ৰীয় কাৰাগাৰলৈ স্থানান্তৰ কৰা হৈছিল, তাৰ পৰা পিছৰ বছৰ অৰ্থাৎ ২০০৬ চনত সাজ্জাদক মুকলি কৰি দিয়া হৈছিল।
সাজ্জাদ গুল ওৰফে হামজাক ২০১৬ চনলৈকে Watch Listত ৰখা হৈছিল। কাৰাগাৰৰ পৰা মুকলি হোৱাৰ পিছত সাজ্জাদ গুলে সন্ত্ৰাসবাদী কাৰ্যকলাপত সম্পূৰ্ণৰূপে জড়িত হৈ পৰে। নৰসংহাৰৰ সন্ত্ৰাসবাদীৰ ভিতৰত অন্যতন সাজ্জাদৰ শিৰৰ মূল্য ১০ লাখ টকা ৰখা হৈছে।
২০১৭ চনত সাজ্জাদ গুলে ভুৱা পাছপ’ৰ্ট লাভ কৰিছিল। ইয়াৰ পিছত সীমান্ত পাৰ হৈ লস্কৰ সমৰ্থিত টি আৰ এফৰ ঘাটি থাকি তাৰ পৰাই সন্ত্ৰাসবাদী কাৰ্যকলাপ চলাবলৈ আৰম্ভ কৰে। NIAৰ তদন্তত পোহৰলৈ আহিছে যে লস্কৰ সন্ত্ৰাসবাদীৰ সৈতে মিলি সাজ্জাদ গুলে বহু যুৱক-যুৱতীসকলক বিপথে পৰিচালিত কৰি বাহিৰৰ লোকৰ লগতে নিৰাপত্তাৰক্ষীকো আক্ৰমণ কৰিবলৈ উচটনি দিবলৈ আৰম্ভ কৰিছিল।

Jammu and Kashmir is called the paradise of the world. The Vaisaran Valley in Pehelgam is nothing short of the heavenly capital that every Indian wishes to visit, but that may not be the case now. In this same Baisaran valley in Pehelgam, terrorists shot dead 26 innocent people.
This is how the once tourist-filled Vaisaran Valley was stained with blood. The cruelty of the killing of innocents can be judged by the fact that most of them were shot in the head. This incident shocked Jammu and Kashmir as well as the whole of India.
The massacre was carried out by terrorists of the TRF, the sister organization of Lashkar-e-Taiba. The TRF is led by four notorious terrorists – Sajid Jat, Sheikh Sajjad Gul and Salim Rehmani.
Sheikh Sajjad Gul is said to be the commander of the TRF. Sajjad was arrested 23 years ago. Sajjad Gul was being held in Delhi's Tihar jail. TRF commander Sajjad Gul came into contact with Lashkar terrorists in Tihar jail. Sajjad was arrested in a Hawala case. The TRF was formed after the banning of Lashkar-e-Taiba.
Born in 1974, Sajjad Gul received his primary education in Kashmir. Sajjad did his B.Sc from Srinagar. Sajjad came to Bangalore for further studies. Sajjad did his MBA from Bangalore. In 1996, Sajjad Gul received his MBA degree.
But after that, Sajjad Gul moved on to anti-state activities. Sajjad continued to be involved in anti-national activities. Sajjad Gul is one of the notorious terrorists who recently carried out massacres in the Baisaran Valley.
Sajjad Gul, who was arrested in the Hawala case in 2002, was lodged in Delhi's Tihar jail from where he came into contact with Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists, the Economic Times reported. In 2005, Sajjad was transferred from Delhi to Srinagar Central Jail, from where he was released in the following year, 2006.
Sajjad Gul alias Hamza was kept on the Watch List till After his release from prison, Sajjad Gul became fully involved in terrorist activities. The head of Sajjad, one of the terrorists of the massacre, has been valued at Rs 10 lakh.
In 2017, Sajjad Gul obtained a fake passport. They then crossed the border and established a base of the Lashkar-backed TRF to carry out terrorist activities. The NIA investigation revealed that Sajjad Gul, in collaboration with Lashkar terrorists, had misled many youths and incited them to attack outsiders as well as security personnel.
