NHAI Recruitment 2020: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited application for the posts of 163 Manager (Technical), Deputy General Manager (Technical) and General Manager vacancy.

1. Manager (Technical)
No of posts: 54
Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute
Experience: Three years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.
Salary: Pay Level 11(Rs.67700-208700)
2. Deputy General Manager(Technical )
No of posts: 97
Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute
Experience: Six years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.
Salary: Pay Level 12(Rs.78800-209200)
3. General Manager(Technical )
No of posts: 10
Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute
Experience: 14 years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-(pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 10of Pay Matrix as per 7thCPC) or equivalent or higher out of which 9 years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.
Salary: In PB-4, (Rs.37400-67000) with Grade Pay Rs.8700 [Pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 13 of the Pay Matrix as per7th CPC]
4. General Manager(Finance)
No of posts: 2
Educational Qualification: Degree in Commerce / Accounts from a recognized university or ICAI/ ICWAI / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University / Institute; Or Member of any organized Group-‘A’ Finance/ Accounts related Service of the Central Government or of the State Government
Experience: 14 years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-(pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 10 of Pay Matrix as per 7thCPC) or equivalent or higher out of which 7 years’ experience in Financial Accounting/ Budgeting/ Internal Audit/ Contract Management/ Fund Management/ Disbursement in an organization of repute.
Salary: In PB-4, (Rs.37400-67000) with Grade Pay Rs.8700 [Pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 13 of the Pay Matrix as per7th CPC]
